If you didn't know, my husband studied Marine Biology in college. We've always been a big fan of aquariums and they're usually on our list of must-see places when we travel to larger cities. The tickets are a little pricey for adults, so if you go, be sure to check out the amazing dolphin show and sea lion shows to take full advantage of the purchase cost. My favorite sea animal at the aquarium is the Weedy Sea Dragon by far!

24 Hours in Atlanta

Seeing Radiohead in concert isn't something I ever even imagined being able to do during my lifetime so it just exceeded all my hopes and dreams. Right up there with Beyoncé. There are just moments in your life where you feel incredibly lucky. This was one of them. It was magical and I'm still pinching myself that we had this opportunity.

Atlanta Farmer's Market at Piedmont Park

Although it failed in comparison to the farmer’s market in Marion Square on Saturday mornings, we had a great time in Atlanta at Piedmont Park. Popsicles from King of Pops are always a great way to cool down. I wish there would have been more of a selection of local food vendors or food trucks. Nevertheless, it is a great way for the community to get together, shop locally, and enjoy the outdoors.

Fox Theater Atlanta

While we were in Atlanta we had the chance to walk around the fabulous Fox Theatre. I had no idea it was so gorgeous. The building was heavily influenced by Islamic, Moorish, and Egyptian architecture. We didn’t realize that they actually give tours of this inside so that will be on our to-do list for the next time we visit Atlanta if we aren’t able to go to a show there beforehand. It was sweltering hot outside but I’d say it was worth it to walk to check this site out.
