My sister returned home from her Freshman year of college this past weekend so we celebrated by getting together Sunday morning for brunch. My mom pulled out all the stops with the menu. We had mini egg and spinach frittatas, skillet potatoes, fruit salad, and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake french toast (which is just as decadent as it sounds). And because brunch would be complete without mimosas, we were sure to bring out the cheapest grocery store bottle of champagne we could find as a nod to Alex's college days as a resident assistant. Brunch is always a good idea.
