Piedmont Park is what I imagine Central Park in New York must be like, only smaller. It had great views of the city’s skyscrapers, walking trails, recreation areas, and these fabulous bench swings with seats on both sides (seriously! genius!). It was SO hot outside but we still made our way around the park. I think we walked over 5 miles that day in midtown Atlanta. My favorite sights were all the ducklings and turtles and this group of friends that caught what may have been their first real fish.
