15 Healthy Weeknight Meal Ideas


I’ve been making lots of FRESH food at home the past couple of weeks! I’m not consistent about posting our meals in my Instagram stories but I thought I’d give you a little rundown of some menu items we’ve had recently. I’ve had a few people DM me about what I cook and most of these recipes have come from Pinterest! I try to plan out our meals once a week and I am guilty of using Kroger Click List at this point in my pregnancy. We’re currently eating low sodium with as little processed food as possible (we make exceptions for whole wheat pasta, multigrain bread, and ice cream sometimes to satisfy those cravings). Monday night I made the pictured salmon with a strawberry, tomato, mozzarella, and pesto farro salad!
