February Favorites

February flew by and I was starting to feel like we didn’t really accomplish all that much which immediately prompted me to scroll through my camera roll to see all the things we actually did during the month. Here’s a little roundup of some of my favorite snapshots from this past month.

Lots of long walks with baby! I slacked off towards the end of the month but I’m hoping to be more consistent with the arrival of nice Spring weather and longer evenings.

Baby’s 1st subscription! These Little Poppy Co. bows came in this week and I have a feeling the blue one will match Rooney’s Easter outfit perfectly.

There are lots of things I’m already looking forward to in March like:

Getting my Spring FabFitFun box! I customized a few of the options and I’m most excited about getting another diffuser to use in our bedroom and a pair of Quay sunglasses! I feel like those two items alone more than paid for the the value of this month’s box.

The arrival of my first Stitch Fix box! Making time to go shopping by myself is nearly impossible and let’s face it, there are more important things I need to accomplish in my free time. I’m looking forward to seeing items my stylist hand-selected for me. Hopefully there will be a couple of items I want to keep! If you want to try it out for yourself, I’ll get a $25 credit if you use my referral code.

Having Rooney try on her Easter outfit! I’m not one to buy many items that she can only wear once but I feel like Easter is a special occasion. Plus, she probably could actually wear this several times because it’s just so dang cute. I had the romper monogrammed and I think this may actually be her first monogrammed piece of clothing! Unheard of in the South, I know.

Banff Mountain Film Festival hosted by Half-Moon Outfitters is coming back to the Imperial Theater on March 21st! I loved the selection of short films last year and I’m sure this year’s winners will be just as heartwarming, thrilling, funny, and beautiful as last year’s. This night will probably count as our “date night” even though Alex will be working the event. If you’re in the Augusta area and have any sort of interest in sports, the outdoors, or nature, you won’t want to miss the screening!
