For the past 30 days, I've jotted down the one thing I was most thankful for that day just before bed. I've heard that keeping a gratitude journal helps you feel happier and not complain as much. This month has been a really hard one for us personally and some days it was actually difficult to come up with one thing that seemed worthy of writing down. So here's my list for you to judge. And yes, evidently naptime / bedtime is my love language.
